• Flat Rate Shipping Within Australia $10.00*
• Lisa Pollock currently provides $10 Flat Rate Shipping across Australia.
• Items may take up to 3-5 days from dispatch for delivery by Australia Post.

*Conditions:

1. Bulky items, large canvas pieces etc are excluded, please email online@lisapollock.com.au for a quote.

When will my order be dispatched?

On receipt of order, all items will be dispatched within 5 working days. In the event of any unforeseen delays a representative from Lisa Pollock will contact you with updates and allow you to modify or cancel your order.

International Orders

Lisa Pollock does not currently offer international shipping

Returns

WANTING TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Please refer to the RETURNS POLICY for conditions of return.

• Items are unused and in their original packaging.
• Returned within one week following receipt of the goods.
• Returned with a copy of the invoice.
• Sale items are non-refundable.
• Goods must be returned to: 1/74 Township Drive, West Burleigh, QLD, 4219
• Once return is received by Lisa Pollock you will receive an email. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note:

• During busy periods you may experience a delay in handling times.
• Online orders cannot be refunded, or exchanged in stores.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by LISA POLLOCK. Please note, return postage costs will be at your own expense. If the item(s) you wish to return is faulty or not as ordered please contact us before posting your return.
