Shipping policy

  • Flat Shipping rate within Australia $15.00*
  • Express Shipping rate within Australia $20.00*
  • Bulky items Shipping rate $40.00 within Australia*
  • Items may take 3-5 days from dispatch for delivery by Australia Post (*Time-frame cannot be guaranteed)
    *Conditions:
    1. Bulky items will incur an additional fee & don't fall under the standard flat rate shipping cost.
    2. Bulky items are excluded from any "FREE SHIPPING" promotions.
    3. Express Shipping is charged at a higher rate than standard flat rate.
    4. Not applicable to wholesale customers.

    On receipt of your order items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. In the event of any unforeseen delays a representative from Lisa Pollock will contact you with updates.

    Tracking number is available via Australia Post &/or on request.

    International orders

    Lisa Pollock does not currently offer international shipping.
    Christmas Dispatch
    On receipt of your order items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
